“The power of art can break the shackles that bind and divide human beings.” Daisaku Ikeda
Art can a powerful methodology to help learners connect with their emotions, and engage with new, and often, challenging perspectives. Using art in trainings helps participants to experiment, reflect, and transform. Master facilitator, Kelli McLoud Schingen will share drama techniques for facilitating learning and personal development in Diversity and Inclusion and Intercultural trainings. During the presentation, she will introduce a variety of activities, examples include; drama, storytelling, improv theatre, reflective practice and group work.
This workshop is designed for Diversity and Inclusion practitioners, Intercultural Trainers, and others in Learning and Development who want to expand their facilitation repertoire. No theatre experience required, just an open mind and positive attitude.
